2024 Meeting Schedule
Douglass Township Berks County 2024 Meeting Dates
The Douglass Township Board of Supervisors will hold their monthly meetings at 7:00 PM on the following dates in 2024:
January 2 Reorganization and Regular Meeting, February 12, March 11, April 8, May 13, June 10, July 8, August 12, September 9, October 14, November 11, and December 9.
The Douglass Township Elected Auditors will hold their re-organization meeting on January 4 at 9:00 AM.
The Douglass Township Planning Commission will hold their meetings at 7:00 PM on the following dates in 2024:
January 16, February 20, March 19, April 16, May 21, June 18, July 16, August 20, September 17, October 15, November 19, and December 17.
The Douglass Township Park and Recreation Committee will hold their monthly meetings at 7:00 PM on the 1st
Tuesday of each month as needed.
The Douglass Township Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission will hold joint workshop meetings on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, as needed at 7:00 PM.
The Douglass Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold Hearings on the 4th Monday of each month, as needed at 7:00 PM.
